Horrible
Don't even bother. I was referred by another attorney to James Sallah. I spoke to him about my case and he was all in and ready to send a demand letter. Then he just disappeared. I called, left messages, emails, etc... Nothing. Finally I asked the receptionist is I could speak to another attorney in the office as others specialize in the same areas. She said no, I would have to get permission from James. I told her James would not return any messages, so how do I get his permission? She said to email, which I did, again. Nothing. So, I called his associate Jeffery Cox and left a message. Nothing. They wasted over a month of my time. If they did not want me as a client or too busy to deal with my case, a simply call is all that was needed. Most unprofessional law firm every. DO NOT USE!
