Joe's Paving Company was established in 1972, initially focusing on small patch jobs and driveways. In November 2001, Mr. Sean Repko took over Joe's Paving Co. and quickly turned the company's focus to bigger jobs, including commercial and residential tracts and industrial parking lots, while still marketing to individual homeowners. This way, the burgeoning company would be able to best assist all sorts of clients throughout Southern California. As business improved, the necessity for staff increased, and additional people were hired. To this day, our company continues to hire talented and motivated individuals. Our dedicated employees represent an integral component of the company's success. In fact, these individuals are considered as much a part of the company as the owners and decision-makers. Operating for over 40 years is an accomplishment. Throughout the years, our goal has remained simple. We aim to expand our business to cover other areas of California, while still offering the finest paving services at the most competitive rates.

Our team takes a comprehensive approach to service, catering to new home tract developments, private roads, shopping centers, industrial parks, mobile home parks, homeowners’ associations, and much more! Located in the heart of Valley Center, we handle paving projects for North San Diego County areas such as Escondido, San Marcos, Vista and Fallbrook. Our certified team also paves in the Temecula area of Riverside County. We’ll travel to the Borrego Springs region and take on work as far east as Lake Havasu.
