Owner and operator of Bickimer Electric is Michael Bickimer. Mike was born and raised in Johnson County, Kansas. Mike grew up around the construction industry and started working in the trades at an early age, under his father’s company, Bickimer Construction.

* Mike attended the University of Kansas earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mike then moved to Jacksonville, FL where he was a top electrician for 10 years. Having a good client base and great referrals in Florida, Mike knew that it would take a little time to establish base in the Kansas City area. While Mike is a certified master electrician, as you’ll see below, he is also a top-notch business owner that knows what it takes to ensure a great experience for customers.

* Mike has had his own Master Electrician license for the last 10 years. Mike has now moved Bickimer Electric’s electrician services to Overland Park, Kansas and the entire Kansas City area with the help of his wife Melissa Bickimer. * Since moving back to Kansas, Mike and Melissa, joined the Promise of Learning Foundation and Joseph’s Way as board members. These foundations help many charitable organizations achieve their goals.
